Hey all!!

I cannot even believe that I am typing this but : Ami has another double ear infection and fudge it has been a hard exhausting week. Biggest thing I changed, I asked for help. O came to do pickups (he does most drop offs!!) and he came home early and did baths one night. Mamas asking for help as a SAHM is hard AF but I am finally realizing it does not make me stronger to just suck it up.

We changed this Instant Pot Butter Chicken recipe to be Whole 30 and it was so good, am going to make it again to share the recipe (it was that good!!). I also made a homemade Whole 30 Meat Sauce (here is something similar) over zucchini noodles and it was sooooo delish. I served it with big salads and over veggie pasta for the girls. We are missing a sweet desert so I plan on making these brownies and also trying new deserts like this one. 95% of Whole 30 has been PLANNING & PREPPING.

Anywhooooo off to snuggle both my girls and relax! Here are five things I am eyeing at the Bloomingdale's Friends & Family sale !

1. Still have not found the perfect Trench coat for me, but I love this one for a pop of color (this one is budget friendly) and both have 25% off!

2. I had a pair of cargo drawstring pants that I wore non stop but ripped them last year, these camo ones are EVERYTHING, such a great deal with the 25% off! Pair with a bodysuit, slides and a oversized cardigan and you have my GO-TO Spring pickup outfit!

3. Love me a jumpsuit and eyeing so many but this floral one sweet one would be perfect for Easter and could be warn all season long! Love this white one with buttons is so cute too!

4. On the hunt for a bag for vacation, and this open weave is a contender, this one toooooo and this is a splurge and a bit impractical for a city mama who always has kids with her but OMG so cute. I love this one under $50!

5. And gosh my legs are not ready for shorts but I'll need them on Spring Break so I am looking for high waisted with a bit of length on them, love these, and these Levi's under $100, and these with no distressing too!

Happy weekend my friends!!!

Hey hey hey!

We have somewhat survived the week, and although it was another week consumed with sickness we made sure to make it super fun with miss Zoe. Now we can count down until we leave for April vacation!! Anyone else surviving on a mere thought of warmer weather.

I thought I'd keep in stride and share my favorite weekly post. Now for 5 things that I do every time someone seems to have kicked a virus.

1. Do all the laundry. Sheets, sleep sacks, pillow cases, all the blankets, towels, and rugs. I use this Thieves Laundry detergent and add a capful of the Thieves cleaner concentrate for a boost.

2. Clean those floors. I bought this steam mop and am obsessed. I try and do the floors 3 times a week but especially after we've kicked a bug.

3. Fill the bellies with goodness, Vitamin C, green smoothies, and back to a veggie filled plate for dinner. It's so hard to not feed them some indulgences when they are so sick, we have a one track mind toward just keep them hydrated but once we are starting to feel better we try and get right back to our pretty healthy eating.

4. Epsom salt. After I've scrubbed the toilet and tub we make sure to soak the girls in a little epsom salt bath. It's a little detox that helps make sure those toxins are on there way out. I usually make sure and soak myself too. Add a little lavender to get them relaxe.

5. Diffuse all the oils while we rest as much possible. This is key, resting definitely help everyone recover, especially grownups that are probably not be sleeping much either. I remind myself not to feel guilty (especially hard during vacation week) but the rest and slowing down, is what we all need to recoup.

These are the 5 things we have been doing for the last day or so. And will continue on through the weekend. We need to be 100% by Monday so here goes! Now happy weekend my friends.
