Well here it is again, Fall!
I gave myself until the first week of October to get into a school, new house, new routine groove and I feel like we are almost there. Ami and I have found our rhythm of mama school a few days a week and simply play and organize the house the rest of the week. As for Zoe I think she is finally in a better less anxious, less new new girl chapter of third grade and over all it just feels good.
I am recently created a master list of to-do's, everything dumped on one list which have sub-categories of me, home, school, girls and blog on it. I then make sure that every day I get to at the very least a couple things off of it a day. Being uber careful to not create other lists and just stick to this one on my phone. I just starting doing this this summer because I was getting overwhelmed and dropping the ball on so many things with numerous paper to do lists! Do you create to-do lists? Is it on paper or your phone? I do prefer writing them out but I like to be able to access everything no matter where I am, which is why my phone won.
Now onto family photos. Ours are scheduled for next week and of course I have ordered the girls some outfits (we are going to do a home session to update some blog photos!) but slacking on ordering something for O and me. So I am making sure to do that now! Here are a few things I have found for everyone that can help you in ordering your family photos, even if they are with just a tripod!
Mama
Agneza Lace Maxi Dress (ordered to try!)
Tiered Floral Maxi Dress (ordered to try!)
Faux Leather Belted Dress (love)
Y.A.S shirred jacquard spot dress in cream (ordered this one!)
Midi Dress (reminds me of my mixed print one!)
Scarlett Dress (so pretty for a brighter color scheme)
Classic Smocked Dress (love this shape, darker version here!!)
Dadda
Littles
7. 2 Piece Set
10. Wool Tan Sweater
11. Cardigan
15. Floral Jumpsuit
17. Plaid Shirt
I hope that these options are helpful! I tried to share in-stock, quick shipping stores with similar color palettes that are easy to match everyone.
For me it's so fun to get these photos done and hopefully maybe holiday cards a little earlier this year... Let's hold ourselves to that. Even if it's a propped phone or camera on a tripod let's get a family photo and holiday/end of year card out to family and friends (even a virtual one counts!). After the last two years you know there are people out there that would appreciate it, and it does feel great receiving cards to see how friends and family have grown.
Sending so much love.
xoxo
Natalie
